Two Incentive Programs for California Fleets

The Nikola hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) is eligible for both the HVIP and ISeF vouchers.

1. HYBRID AND ZERO-EMISSION TRUCK AND BUS VOUCHER INCENTIVE PROJECT (HVIP)

Customers of the Nikola hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle can access a point-of-sale incentive starting at $240,000 and ranging up to $288,000 per truck in 2023. 

2. (ISeF) INNOVATIVE SMALL E-FLEET (ISEF)

Customers of the Nikola hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle can access a point-of-sale incentive of up to $408,000* per truck in 2023. California fleets are eligible for The ISeF incentive if:

Your fleet size is 20 trucks or less (fleets of 10 or fewer can stack HVIP with other state incentive programs) and generate less than $15 million in revenue per year.

Created to support the transition from diesel to zero-emission transportation, both the California’s Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) and Innovative Small E-Fleet (ISeF) reduce the total cost of ownership on hybrid and zero-emission vehicles in the state of California.

HVIP and ISeF vouchers are available to California fleets on a first come, first served basis.
